Grin City makes and supports art that connects people to place, to stories and to each other. We believe in the power of Iowa and the power of the rural landscape. We believe that art amplifies our lives.

And we're getting attention for it. In recent years, Grin City has been featured in the Des Moines Register, Iowa Public Radio, the Cedar Rapids Gazette, the national publication Poets & Writers, and as far away as Spain's Mapping Residencies. The movement is growing and the world is paying attention.

Join the movement as we continue our second decade of programming. Consider making a donation to Grin City as it celebrates a new chapter as an independent nonprofit organization. Learn about our 2017 projects and how you can get involved.
